Holiday Yoga Gift Guide

This post contains some affiliate links for products I use & love. I would not recommend products from that I have not personally experienced. As an affiliate I earn from qualifying purchases.

With the holidays right around the corner I thought it would be a great time to share some of my favorite products and a couple things from my own holiday wish list with you!

Let's start with my FAVORITE yoga mat, Liforme!! This mat has everything (in the voice of Stefon)!

I love how thick it is. I definitely feel supported and it's easy on my knees. It's longer and wider than traditional mats. I don't find myself having to readjust as I practice. One of my favorite features is the alignment markers. I use these to guide me in my vinyasa practice. The markers help to guide me into my alignment even if I'm practicing away from mirrors. And I can quickly make adjustments to make sure I am getting the full benefits of my asana practice. Another big plus of this mat is the absorbency. I can sweat buckets in a hot room but do not slip and slide on this mat. It's also super easy to clean and they last for years. In my opinion this mat is worth the investment. I currently have 2 of these mats (white and black & gold). They're biodegradable and PVC free, plus you can design your own mat and make it as unique as you are. As of this post, they're having a sale so it's definitely a good time to upgrade your practice with this gorgeous mat.

Liforme's affiliate program is new. I've been recommending these mats since 2020 because I genuinely love them.

When it comes to accessories I don't have a personal favorite for blocks and straps. I'm currently using CorePower Yoga brand that I previously ordered online. Have some you love? Please share! BUT I do recommend Yoga Direct for bolsters, blankets and eye pillows. They've come in handy for my Yin and Restoritive practices and I love that they will notify you when an item is restocked. When I first went to order from them I had specific colors I wanted and was bummed when they were out of stock. But I was able to sign up for alerts and in no time I was able to order exactly what I wanted. They have amazing prices for their quality products. You can sign up of 10% off your first order too! Here's their site: Yoga Direct

Another accessory I adore is my Feet Up trainer. If you love the idea of getting upside down in your practice but you're just not there yet this might be something to add to your yoga accessories. I feel super supported and safe when using mine knowing that it can support up to 2000 lbs! I know right?!? I can get all the benefits of inversions without being nervous. The poster that came with it has awesome ideas of ways to include the Feet Up in your practice. Right now it looks like you can sign up for 30% and free shipping on orders over $75. Check out their site here: Feet Up

I have to start off with saying that while this company is owned by my amazing cousins, I am a customer. I love Embrace Earthleta!!! Cute styles with a mind for function make this line perfect for my yoga practice. I feel so confident in their sports bras, so I'm spending more time on my practice and less time fidgeting with my top. Squat proof leggings and the cutest tops to throw on to run errands after class. I'm always getting compliments. Check out their goods here: Embrace Earthleta

I'm currently living in my Dusty Grey Cropped Sweatshirt!! Shop their Black Friday Deals Monday 11/21/22 Midnight till Sunday 11/27/22 11:59pm est.

I am a huge fan of oils. I enjoy making my own blends and roll ons are my jam. A great gift for your yogi (or gift yourself) is a mini collection of popular oils, a carrier oil and cute rollers. That way they can customize their blends. I've been using Young Living for years. I love them so much i decided to become a brand partner. To start a mini collection I would recommend starting with: lavender, lemon, orange, peppermint, tea tree, palo santo, and sage. I personally prefer fractionated coconut oil or almond oil as my carrier depending on the application. Affiliate Link for Essential Oils: Mini Oils Collection

When it comes to oily accessories Baggage and Co. is my go to! The cutest handmade bags and all the rollers I swoon over. The aesthetic of this brand is out of this world dreamy. And the attention to detail is impeccable. She will even make custom items upon request. She also offers gift cards. Check out Tracey's Etsy shop here: Baggage and Co.

And there you have it! My top holiday gifts for the yogi in your life! Or gift yourself some holiday cheer. What's on your wishlist this year?
