Service Description

If you've never received Reiki before (or never with me), this 60 minute session is a soft and sacred landing into your body. We'll begin with a grounding moment, intention setting, and a brief intake to feel into what your body and energy needs right now. Then I'll guide you into deep stillness while channeling Reiki to clear blocks, restore calm, and reconnect you to your natural rhythm.
